Receiving rent payments is free for landlords. We charge tenants $2 if they pay via bank account (ACH), and 3.25% if they use a debit or credit card.

How long do rent payments take?

The speed at which rent payments get deposited depends on the payment method chosen by your tenant. If your tenant pays rent by credit card, payments are typically deposited within 2-3 business days. If your tenant pays rent via bank account (ACH), payments get deposited within 3-5 business days.

Why should I use Hunt to collect rent?

Collecting rent through Hunt speeds up your cash flow. Additionally, Hunt will become your storage of financial records. Any time you need access to payment data, you can access it in your Hunt account or export transactions to third parties.
